Written scope and fixed quote
You get the scope, the execution, the result and the deliverable in writing, with one figure in EUR beside them. Questions are asked here, not halfway through the build.
Invoice, then work starts
Accept the quote and an invoice follows: one transfer, within five days, 0% VAT. Development begins as soon as it clears, against the scope you already have in hand.

Ahead of the first message
What the finished thing has to do and who uses it; anything it must connect to, such as a payment provider, a shipping carrier or an existing database; the deadline you are working towards; and a budget band. Links to sites that already do something close are the single most useful thing you can include. If you do not have all of it yet, send what you have — the gaps become the first questions.
Yes. Send your own agreement before you describe anything sensitive and it will be reviewed, signed and returned; alternatively a mutual non-disclosure agreement can be issued together with the quote. Either way, briefs and any material you share are treated as confidential and are never published. Whether a completed project is referenced in our portfolio is governed by section 14 of the Terms of Service, and any reference is removed at your written request.
English and Latvian — for correspondence, written scopes, code comments, documentation and contracts. Quotes and invoices are issued in EUR by IT Julian Soft SIA, a company registered in Latvia, so EU clients receive documents that their accountants can file without translation.
