S/01 · Online store delivery
E-Commerce Platform Deployment
A shop that takes real orders, not a theme demo. We build the catalog database, the cart logic and the inventory sync, wire in a live payment gateway and your carrier's shipping API, then deploy the store to hosting you control — source code included.
- 0% VAT on every invoice
- Your Stripe or PayPal account
- Full source-code handover
[ 01 ] Scope of work
What this covers
These four lines are the ones that appear on the invoice. They are agreed before any work begins, and the finished store is measured against them.
Scope
Setup and deep customization of an online store application.
Execution
Product catalog database, shopping-cart logic, and inventory sync.
Result
Fully functional store with automated emails and secure checkout.
Deliverable
Payment gateway (Stripe/PayPal) and shipping API integration.
The fee starts at €1 000 and is fixed once the scope is signed off. Payment is made before the service is delivered, in a single transfer, within five days of the invoice date. IT Julian Soft SIA is not registered as a VAT payer, so invoices carry 0% VAT.

What you get
Eight moving parts that all have to work together before a store can accept a real order. Each one is built, tested and handed over as part of the same figure.
Product catalog database
Products, variants, options, stock units, prices and tax handling modeled around what you actually sell — not squeezed into a template's fields.
Shopping-cart logic
Add, edit, remove and persist a basket across sessions, with quantity rules, discount handling and totals that survive a page refresh.
Inventory sync
Stock decrements on payment, restores on cancellation, and stays consistent between the storefront and wherever you keep your real stock figures.
Automated transactional emails
Order confirmation, payment receipt, dispatch notice and password reset, sent from your domain with templates you can edit later.
Secure checkout
HTTPS end to end, hashed customer credentials and card details captured by the gateway — payment data never lands on your server or ours.
Stripe or PayPal integration
Your own merchant account connected in live mode, with webhooks handling successful payments, failures, refunds and chargeback notifications.
Shipping API integration
Live rates at checkout, delivery options by zone and weight, and label or tracking data pulled from your carrier's API rather than typed by hand.
Admin & order management
A back office where your team edits products, watches stock, changes order status and issues refunds — with roles so everyone sees only their part.
[ 03 ] Delivery
How it ships
Five stages between the product list you send us and the first order a customer places.
Send your product listCatalog modeling
We map the products before touching the storefront: variants, options, stock units, tax treatment and the fields your catalog genuinely needs. Import files and their format are agreed here.
Store build
The store application is set up and customized around that model — category structure, product pages, cart logic and the admin screens your team will use every day.
Payments & shipping wiring
Your Stripe or PayPal account is connected in live mode with webhooks, and your carrier's shipping API supplies rates and delivery options inside the checkout.
Test orders
Orders are run end to end — add to cart, pay, refund, cancel — and after each one we check the confirmation email, the stock movement and the order record.
Go live
Deployment to your hosting, DNS pointed and SSL active, admin credentials and source code transferred. The store is yours to run from that moment.
[ 04 ] No line items
Included in the fixed price
Everything below sits inside the agreed figure. Nothing here reappears later as an extra charge.
Third-party costs stay with you: hosting, domain, and the transaction fees charged by Stripe, PayPal or your carrier under your own agreements with them.
[ 05 ] Client feedback
From a store we launched
“The whole catalog was moved across without me re-typing a single product, and the cart behaves the same on a phone as it does on a laptop. Test orders were run in front of me before we opened, so the first real payment was not a surprise. Stock now updates itself, which was the part I was most worried about.”
[ 06 ] Questions
Before you write in
That is decided with you during scoping, not in advance. Most stores sit best on an established store application that we then customize deeply; a catalog with unusual rules is sometimes better served by a custom build. Whichever it is, the platform is named in the written scope before the invoice is issued, and it runs on infrastructure in your name.
Yes. If your current shop can produce a structured export — a spreadsheet, a CSV or a database dump — the products, variants, prices and stock levels are imported rather than retyped. We agree the field mapping first and flag anything in the old data that has no equivalent in the new model, so nothing disappears quietly. Product images are moved across in the same pass.
You do, directly to them. The gateway is connected to your own merchant account, so their per-transaction fees are billed to you under your agreement with them and never pass through us. We do not take a percentage of your sales, and our invoice is the fixed project fee and nothing else. You will need to open the Stripe or PayPal account yourself — we connect it, we do not sign up on your behalf.
You hold the source code, the admin credentials and the hosting account, so you can keep working on the store with us or with anyone else. The fixed price covers delivery through to go-live rather than an open-ended retainer. Later changes — new features, a second sales channel, a redesign — are quoted the same way: written scope, single figure, agreed before work starts.
